The update of followers/following is happening in migrations, the last one happening around April, therefore if there were changes in your social network (e.g. new people followed you since then) those won't be immediately reflected. The last migration of followers will happen at the go live of the new Community with the most up to date status of your social network.

Right above reputation network is present in profile settings. Here displayed network, followers & followings are different than SCN.
