Add the feed/stream update to easily find new content

The new site is missing the RSS feed so provide RSS feed or similar feature to know the new content

Indeed RSS feeds are important, and even if some tweaks are available (see here under) we are far from what was possible with Jive's old SCN.

You can get a feed of blogs by adding a /feed to the blogs URL:
i.e. https://blogs.sap.com/sap/sap1/analytics/73554900100700001113/73555000100800000084/feed
