Can't see my avatar in toolbar(right side) after I updated avatar

Hey, after I uploaded my avatar successfully, I can see my picture in profile. However, in the toolbar, it still that default one.

Changes to the Avatar are currently not immediately reflected in the header, we are aware of the issue and working on it.
