Cannot upload profile picture
New profile is looking awesome. But i cannot upload profile pic. Be it large sized photo or low sized one. I tried 3MB pic and 640kb pic. Both are not reflected.

What browser are you using and what exact behavior do you experience? Any error messages?
I am using Chrome browser. When i have uploaded the picture and click on Save button, the picture is displayed in the slot. But once i come back again, the picture disappears. There are no error messages as such being thrown.
What is your username / public profile url? (To see your public profile click on the user name in your profile)
User name is Jothivenkatesh.m and public url is https://people.sap.com/jothivenkatesh.m

May be there is a time lag or something. I was not able to see this when i had uploaded the picture. Now there is no problem.
Yes, we are currently having latency issues when it comes to updating user profiles. A fix has been implemented, from about 12 hrs on any update should take no more than 5mins.
Profile page does not work! Cannot edit to add my profile picture, add a biography or add links in the Elsewhere section. have tried repeatedly and each time I get a message saying the update has failed. @colin.cooper2
Hi Colin,
Did you go to people.sap.com or were you trying to do the edits via Account Settings? Try the link and see if that helps.
