Error when following revision link: 'Forbidden'

Please forward this bug report to the Blogs team (by the way: how can I file a bug report to them directly?):

When trying to follow a revision link [1] from the edit blog page [2], I get 'Forbidden You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/revision.php on this server.'.

Please allow me to see earlier revisions of my blog post.
