In my experience, it can be in the HTML page format which SCN admins(developer guys) has to take care of. I believe that is page is not the only page in this matter. Also I think, inside that Blog SAP Business Objects supporting Node & Action Extension, the content was not properly converted, which with confirmation with the content Owner has to be updated.
That means the only way is if someone with a S-user id creates an incident on the standard SAP report page or can do take the Chat option in the SAP New Launchpad. Well I did address in earlier days, but was not so fruitful, but lets observe for this case.
This is a Community Topic Page on the subject of Hybris. It is built on a template which was/is created, approved, and maintained by the SAP Community team. It is somewhat of a replacement for the no longer used SCN Communities for a specific and limited number of high volume trafficked topics and needs to look right.
So if you are a member of the SAP Community team, then don't duck the responsibility. If not, then get Brian Bernard or Gali Kling Schneider to take ownership.

This is a page on sap.com and completely out of the scope and reach of the SAP Community teams.
