UserEcho is a third party feedback tool provided for the SCN Profile. Although many folks have used it for general feedback, it was never intended to be a long term and integrated part of SCN. I don't know how long it will remain once we have passed the go-live transition period, but I doubt it will be much more than 6 more months. If there are issues with usability, it might be better to contact UserEcho directly. The people running the SCN community will not be able, nor to be blunt, have much interest in changes to its functionality. It is strictly temporary for the gathering of feedback.
