Hi,

The thread that I was referring to is: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3792418 (see screenshot below)

  • I am registered with SAP and use my S# to sign onto the threads and view my incidents. Am I supposed to do some additional steps to participate in specific threads? Or is having an S# and profile sufficient?
  • I have subscribed to the thread, but only received emails on a small percentage of the entries – I think just the ones that were addressed to myself as a reply, or replies to the initial entry. To see discussions on other issues I had to read the thread directly.
  • I would love to have an easy way to search the thread to locate past commentary on issues we are encountering, but that is extremely difficult. As a result, I access the ACA thread on a daily basis, and I read the most current entries. Then if we have an issue I try to remember about when I may have read something pertinent and search the pages closest to that time frame. It is a cumbersome way to search the thread but I have not come up with a better method.
  • To enter a new question I used to reply to the original entry for this thread. However, in the current version I cannot figure out how to reply to the original posting to ask my question (see screenshot below – there is no reply button); I also see no reply button on any of the other entries, so if I have information to share I can’t see how to do it. (See screenshot below of Graziela’s initial entry).
  • Over the past year I have entered a few questions and dozens of replies to others’ questions. However, I appear to get no “credit” as an active participant of this thread – are answering questions supposed to earn you “points”? If not, how does one earn “points” – just by creating new blog postings?

With the page number tabs missing I cannot find the end of the thread to see the most current discussions, let alone try to find a comment from months ago.

Thanks for your prompt follow up on my concerns!

Debbie
