1. if someone selects the wrong category, the supporter should reply, that he can't help because of the wrong selected category. In my opinion, silence is not an option to react.

Hi Gabi,

this is not an issue of good or bad communication. My problem is: I have to work with this portal! It is not helpful to change a tool as much as sap did! I don't have the time to invest that much time in learning a total different usability!!! I need the functions of SCN to do my work. The problem is not the information of changing s.th. The problem is the change itself!
