I can understand SAP concerns, instead of mailing/messaging individual person, can we have option to add some experts during raising problem or blog?

As we add tags for topics like for SAP PI/PO issues 'SAP PI/ Netweaver'.

Similarly we can another text box where we can add some good experts name in the list, so at least they get intimated for raised problems or blog.

This solution wont breach any security concerns, also blog/problem will be public only.

So is it possible?
