On what initial screen did you select a region? What does 'taking default USA as a region' mean/where is this shown/reflected?

what is the exact error/behavior you're getting? The file size limit we have built in is 10 MB, so it most likely is not a problme of file size.
The Profile is for the SAP Community, so we concentrate on aspects specific and relevant to the SAP Community.
The fact that it is not possible to change the email is a limitation of the central Identity Provider, not a limitation of the Profile itself.
The Profile first and foremost is a Community Profile, hence we constrain ourselves to the content types inside the new, revamped SAP Community.
