It is a total shame to get such weak password requirements in 2016! It can be brute-forced easily in a day.
Just tried now and I have no such issue, The line goes to infinity if not to make linebreak.
You need to login beforehand. UserEcho account is not the same as SAP.com account.
UserEcho has separate account that is why it creates you new account whenever you want to post. It is not bug.
