in case you are a public (P-) user, you should be able to edit this on your Community profile. In case you are an S-User or an employee, you can't, these users are managed by a system external to the community profile, we only consume their information.

You might want to have a look at the SCI profile at http://accounts.sap.com, chances are you can change it there.

More precise information would be:

a) What kind of user do you use to log in?

b) do you log in using user-id or email address?

c) Which user is effectively logged in (go to account settings, there you can see this information in small type below your email-address)

d) what did you see exactly where before, what are you currently missing?

There is currently no option to merge S-Users, but we're planning for something that should work for you.
