Your comments

I agree, but until a couple hours ago I didn't know to post a Comment to Questions that we're rejecting. Strangely enough I thought to create a chat to provide an explanation but was not able create one to the member.

Probably many other moderators are in the same position.

Did you create a blog or question?

Have you posted a response or do a search for something specific?

Did you try to chat with anyone or find something in the Wiki?

If you did any of these items were you happy with the experience?

Please let us know as we need detailed feedback so we can fix whatever is not working to our members satisfaction.

I refuse to take even the smallest amount of responsibility for this. Spreading the blame on all of us is ridiculous.

There is a serious addiction to scrolling. Isn't there a support group to cure this?

Hi Ajay,

Please try using either the old custom Google Search, https://www.google.com/cse/home?cx=013447253335410278659:k8ob9ipscwg (from the SDN to SCN transition in 2013?)
or the new one http://bit.ly/1dx-find until the Search tool is providing the correct results. Be aware that the web crawlers have not finished indexing the blogs and other migrated content. This may impact the result set that each returns.
Note: the present onedx.find.sap.com does not include any Wiki content at this time which is where the majority of the former Jive Document landing pages ended up. The two custom Google searchs do seem to find wiki content.

Additionally, there are no communities to Follow. Now you have to Follow Primary Tags. This is, at present, a rather cumbersome procedure. First find either a Question, Blog, or Community Topic Page which has the Primary Tag in which you interested. Click on the Tag which opens a "Tag Page". Click on the faint box under the Tag: [primary tagname] which is labeled Follow. All the content related to that tag should show up in Notifications (possibly also in Activity Stream, but I have not had time to test it yet).

If there is no blog, question, or Community Topic Page with the correct tag, create a question with the specific primary tag (and Secondary tags, if desired) and make sure it contains the message that it is only for Following a specific tag (or tags). That might get you through the Moderator's screening. Then you can do the other procedure with your dummy question. Please remember to delete it after you are done following the tags.

PS, Kaushik, we seem to be covering a lot of the same ground. Feel free to copy and use anything you find of interest in my posts. Some day, hopefully soon, the majority of people will know how to use this new environment, and the major deficiencies will be fixed, so it will not require so much intervention and educating.

Hi Franz,

SCN Discussions were, generally, moved to the Archive along with a large chunk (mostly outdated content) of the Jive documents authored by SAP Employees. Any Jive documents authored by non-SAP employees along with selected technical guides authored by SAP Employees were converted to Blogs (as evidenced by the document link in the original topic). Some organizational pages as Jive Documents (AKA Landing Pages) were moved to the Wiki so they could be maintained and updated by more than one person. In addition, there were a lot of obsolete documents which were simply deleted (although they may be stored somewhere else for the near future).

Franz,

This is a Community Topic Page on the subject of Hybris. It is built on a template which was/is created, approved, and maintained by the SAP Community team. It is somewhat of a replacement for the no longer used SCN Communities for a specific and limited number of high volume trafficked topics and needs to look right.

So if you are a member of the SAP Community team, then don't duck the responsibility. If not, then get Brian Bernard or Gali Kling Schneider to take ownership.

Hi Smeetanair10,

Please provide some information on the primary tags and titles or at least the subject matter. I will try to see if there is something I can do in the Moderator's queue to release your question. However, the Moderators are dealing with quite a bit with the new environment. Please be patient as we are doing the best that we can.

Thanks, Mike (Moderator)
